Brooke will walk in carrying a couple of large chests one with a flat top which is at the bottom and the other with a curved top which is on the top. "We have a room!" He laughs, "I guess girls on one side and boys on the other?"

"I guess that sounds good let's take the rightmost bed." She has something with her it seems to be a bundle of metal she follows her brother into the room and smiles around. "Gives us room for poster space."

Lancetta follows in with a pair of chests lugging them over to the other bed next to Bella. "I gotta cool bit of cloth we could use for privacy! ..." she looks about nervously for a moment before speaking in a whisper, "But if a girl with gold hair and clothing asks it wasnt me it fell in my bag on accident." She grunts as she plants the chests at the foot of her bed and propping her lance up against the wall.

Brooke, "If we need that kind of thing might be best to buy it." He says and places things down. "Let's set up our trunks sis." He says and gives her a smile.

Bella will put down the metal thing she's holding and begin to put it together. it looks like it's pretty solid but has some kind of drawer on wheels at the bottom, in which they put Brooke's trunk than a place to secure Bella's trunk on the top. "Oh We should get loft beds then we can have couches and desk areas under our beds." She looks thoughtful. "Maybe put the couches in the middle of the room so we can all sit around talking. Anyone mind if I put up m Toxic Toffee Poster?"

Brant has two large bags set near one of the beds "Guess i will claim this one then.." The first priority seems to be to find a good place for his guitar before he starts sorting out his other things. "Sounds like a smart idea.. get some extra floor space or things might get cramped.."
He looks a little amused at Lancetta's explanation on where she got the large cloth "We'll have to get used to being around each other, co-ed dorms have been a longstanding tradition here at Beacon, i'm sure there's a thought behind it"

Jayk comes in shortly after, his one large duffel over his shoulder. He looks around, a bit shy. "All Y'all mind iffen I was t' offer a bit o' help with re-makin' things? I'm no fancy wood worker, but iffen I could borrow some tools I could sort of modify things. Make it so's we have more space?" He places his duffel across the foot of the last bed remaining, it's the only bag he's got.
"If nothin' else, I can whittle some pegs fer your guitar, Brant. then it'll be up offa the floor."

Lancetta blinks looking over Bella, "What is a loft bed? ... And toxic toffee..? Why would someone make toxic candies..?" She furrows her brow as she ponders over that one.
As the other broke the subject of floor space she considered... "Maybe we coukd suspend the beds from the ceiling..? That would clear up plenty of floor space, nd they seem tall enough we woukdnt hazard hitting our heads... ... maybe." She picks up the lance and begins jabbing at the ceiling tentatively with the buttstock, sounding out Studs..

"Also me and Brook share a body so... I feel like trying to separate the guys from the girls is a bit futile." He says with a thoughtful look on his face. "That sounds like a good idea Jayk I will give you a hand with it if you like."
"Loft beds are like bunk bed a bed on top of a bed, but unlike bunk beds, Loft beds have something else underneath like couches and desks and the like."

"Well, we have a bathroom right." She says blushing though she likes the idea of having a bit more privacy when it comes to getting ready in the morning. SHe will take a moment to concentrate and then open a portal to begin to take books out and put them on a self.
"Jayk let me know if you need any money?"
"Toxic Toffee is my favourite band, they're four girls from Atlas who sing together, they're going to our Academy this year and a big deal was made of it. One downside of going here I don't get to meet them. Maybe I can still catch a virtual show some time." She covers her mouth, "Oh no... I'me being a fangirl..."

"Yeah i think lifting the beds up onto something makes a little more sense then suspending them from the ceiling... plus a lot easier to get into" Brant chuckles a little bit, the guitar on a shelf for now "Making some sort of stand for it would be awesome Jayk..."
He sits back and looks thoughtful "you think we could get some things to put the beds onto, or do we need to replace them completely... and are we allowed to do so?"

Jayk busies himself in unpacking to try to hide the blush that threatens at the mention of money. "Je's wondrin, how solid are these here walls? Could rig up a frame fer the beds, fold them out when needed, put 'em up when it's daytime? Brook could put extra posters she likes on the bottom of the bed, too. More hangin' space."

"Hrm... So the beds would be like my trunk?" He asks and pulls his trunk out from under Brook's the frame rolls out so he can access his stuff like a drawer being pulled out. "That could work but I like the idea of having a couch to sit on and chat and study in my spare time. Pitch me a solution Jayk."

Thataway, we'd have plenty space fer settin', jawin' or jus' to read? T'would that work, Brooke?" Jayk's normal drawl is more pronounced as he thinks on the project. His clothes easily go away, having maybe just three of everything, his battle clothes, and an incongruously large amount of thick, warm socks.

"You mean like building platforms and then putting like a little living room area under it?" Bella asks and smiles widely, "Oh I like that idea very much I could put curtains around my bed like my bed at home and we could put fairy lights on the sides." She is definitely decorating in her head.

Lancetta gave a small huff as her idea was shot down, but made no real protest, busying herself with pulling the contents of her bags out and reorganizing them, "Oh! I think my sister knows them! She did some clothing for them for some concert or something... I think. And loft beds do sound good... And for privacy we could use the Cloth for hanging curtains for privacy and what not.." She pulls out a deep midnight blue roll of heavy silken cloth, easily enough to make curtains for each of the beds. Though... The light speckling and sparkling from the cloth... Is it dust infused..?
She makes a face as they get more along, pausing at Jayks, "Well... Why not just have them hang from the ceiling like that... Then they could bepulled up and down for lots more room? ... Well... ... Cause they might fall down when your sitting underthem. ... Yeah. Never mind that idea." She sniffs and flips open a giant steamer trunk, huffing and puffing before pulling out... Something shaped like a brown fuzzy rectangle? At least for a moment before it POOFS and assumes the form of a life sized plush bear. She smiles fondly snuggling the bear before carefully placing it on top of her bed.

"Brant, ya gots a good idear there. An' Lancetta, I 'pologise fer not thinkin' more on what you done said. How high is this ceilin'? Fifteen feet? Twenny? Iffen we jes' put in some pillars, we could have balcony beds, and ladders up to 'em. Then we'd have all the floor space fer them couches and chairs that people want, and study space too. I done work at puttin' things like houses up. I know how, jes' need the things ta do it. Then we git the space, it keeps things simpler, an' Lancetta kin get her high in the sky bed, too!" Jayk grins and nods to himself. "Does the 'cademy give out tools and such?"

"Oh, You need building tools this is easy." Bella is going to close her eyes and concentrate putting her hands up a portal opening to a very different place, walls covered in blue wallpaper with purple flowers dripping down, the place looks like a very fancy room. "My Family has a bunch of building tools around the house."

Lancetta blinked looking to Brooke, "Of course you get a vote! Your a part of the team!" she smiled brightly before wiggling in place like a cat and leaping up onto the giant plush bear and smiling as she snuggled in for a moment before looking to Jayk.
"No need to apologize, the ideas were only marginally similar, And.... Well, when i think on it having the beds and platforms suspended above us just hanging there..." She looks up at the ceiling, "I'd always be worried about whats holding them up snapping and dropping down on us..." She frowns looking at the ceiling again, putting the idea out of her head, "Not well thought out on my part. My apologies."
She sprawled out and gave a relaxed sigh before slipping off the bed to the floor and picking up the roll again, "Oh! The cloth is dust infused, its actually very useful as with some training and work you can manipulate it with your aura, i've seen one Huntress friend of my mothers with a silk scarf that was infused with dust make that scarf turn into a long spear she could use to fight the grim, and harden it to act like a shield, though i dont really know how to do that sort of thing myself, and mostly people like it as a big Status symbol thing. I probably got it fr.. om... my.... .... Sister..." as her speech slows down she grows a bit pale at the realization, ending staring off into the distance, up towards the North, the direction of Atlas..
