So Brook sat in the library she couldn't read because she was so nervous, Brant was suppose to come and study with her, she would like this to be a study date, but she knew it wasn't they weren't like that and she knew it, a tiny voice in her head told her that she was being lame maybe the remanent of her brother somewhere inside but she might just be projecting, she felt lame.

Brant comes walking in with a book-bagslung across his shoulder casually, his usual coat not here of course, just in the buttoned shirts he tends to wear. He drops into a seat across from Brook and gives her a friendly little smile "Sorry i'm a bit late..."
He really has no clue as to why she looks a little on edge, figuring she's a bit upset with him keeping her waiting

"Oh no It's fine I'm just waiting." She will pause, "I mean to say that I am fine waiting." She will smile and then take out a book, "I thoughts maybe we can get some home work done and get to know one another... because we're team mates you know? I mena of course you do."

He smiles and nods, taking out his own books as he gets settled "Who knew there'd be so much classes here huh, i figured it'd be a lot more combat training..." He's beginning to realize she seems a bit nervous, trying to put her at ease "Sounds like a great idea to me"

Brant nods slowly, thoughtfully... he never really put that much effort into schoolwork, he's always managed to breeze by on his natural intelligence "I think we should know as much as possible about what we can face out there, strengths, weaknesses and such"

Brant chuckles a little bit "Well.. as i see it, professor Port mainly wants to talk about his own adventures with the grimm, hoping some things will be somewhat useful to the people listening to his stories... but i could be wrong of course" He will move to sit next to her, since they are going to be using the same book, it only makes sense to sit on the same side after all

Brant laughs softly at her comment "Yeah.. its a bit like that, though it would be nice to hear some things a little more in-depth you know, not just about what he did in his life.. but he does seem quite experienced, he can teach us a lott of things" He returns the smile warmly "plus we'll need the know-how if we're to fight the major grimm out there"

Brant smiles and nods "Very few people haven't... there's a lot of them out there.. I do wonder sometimes how it works, do Grimm come into existance with some sort of order.. like is there an amount of evil out there, and it can either make like a dozen beowolves or one bigger one.."

Brant nods a little bit, looking quite thoughtful "But.. i'd think people are a lot more afraid of the bigger ones, yet there are a lot more like... beowolves and minor ursas... maybe more fear-energy is necessary to make a bigger one.. i wonder if anyone ever looked into that"

"Well I am not so used to making new friends when I went to my last school me and Scarlet were roommates and then I just followed her and Sylvie around and when I want to be social I let Boy Brooke do it because he goes away, He doesn't always have to worry about what he does because he goes away, I remember what he did but people treat me differently than him.
