Lancetta puffed and panted as she stood at the Gates to Beacon attempting to steady her nerves. It had been the Airship trip, which left her a little ashamed, they were the family business after all. It was just that after her little brother had explained Everything that could go wrong with them in flight she always had trouble with extended trips. Short ones had been fine, she could just tune them out for the time, but long ones.. Like from Atlas to Here.. That was just a little to much for her to tune out.
And so when they landed down she was one of the first off the ship, despite being way in the back. She had moved like a stream through the rocks, weaving and sliding through the crowd seamlessly.. ... Mostly seamlessly. Ok. There was a chance several people took one of her bags to the face as she began to hurry unseeingly at the end when she was so close to getting off.. She would have to find out who and offer up her apologies. After they got off the ship. Until then, she took a deep breath and held it in for a long moment before letting it gust out and smiled wide, enjoying the weather and solid ground under her feet!

A handsome Faunua of about Lancetta's age gets off the ship, the weird thing about him is the very integrate and well made Wisteria Family crest on the back of his purple jacket, He stretches and moves to wait. After all His sister has to come out at some point.

Scarlet will walk off the ship next to Brooke, "How much did you enjoy the summer? Your sister said she was bored," Scarlet got on well with both the Wisterias. She was best friends with Brook but there was something else about Brooke that she enjoyed.

Lancetta gave a sigh as she finally felt calmer after all of that. Good. It would be bad to show up to the first day all freaked out like that. She gave a huff and looked around, obviously a bit "behind" in things as people had already made connections on the airship while she was... Occupied, on the ship.
She looked around, pausing at the Crest on the Faunus boys back, and then the red headed girl calling him Brooke. Could he be the one from the Wisteria Family..? The Family had never actually really had any Formal contact with the Lakes, usually always busy with something or another. But... He seemed to match the description she had heard in the past... This was her chance!
She moved over stopping just a bit away with a wide smile, "Brooke, or the Wisteria Family? I'm Lancetta of the Lake Family, of Atlas as well! I don't think we have met, but I thought I would introduce myself!" She smiles to Scarlet and gives a small curtsy to her.

"Yes I am the youngest member of the Wisteria Family, nice to meet you Ms. Lake." He is going to give a nervous grin, "You could say I am the black sheep of the family." and he taps one of his horns and laughs a little. "This is Scarlet me and her went to our last school together."
Brooke straightens up maybe he shouldn't wear the family crest he feel very awkward being noticed but it is his blood right isn't it?

"Nice to meet you, Lancetta, I am Scarlet Cardinal," she said with a small smile. The girl seemed to be polite enough, "Yes, me and Brooke have known each other for a while. We met through his sister, who is my best friend," and boy there was a complicated dynamic with Brook and Brooke.

Lancetta blinks and laughs at Brookes joke then smiles wide to the both of them, "Its a pleasure to meet the both of you! And I cannot wait to meet your sister! I had always hoped to meet, but your family always seemed to busy to attend the same functions as mine.." her smile falters some, but quickly perks back up, "But such is Noblesse Oblige! And here we are! And here!!" She sweeps her arm to encompass the school, "It will be amazing do you not think!?"

"She is around here somewhere." He says and looks around then waves to someone who looks a lot like him but isn't a Faunus. "Oh yeah I think the school is going to be great, better then sitting around the manor all day. I do like to play with Icicle."

Lancetta blinked and cocked her head to the side, "Icicle..? I... am not sure what that is..?" But she was distracted as Brook came, a smile brightening her face, "Oh! You must be Brook! A pleasure to meet you!" She gave a curtsy and smiled, "I am Lancetta, of the Lake family. It is wonderful to make your aquaintence!"

"Icicle is our pet Penguin." Brooke explains to Lancetta, "Did you have a good Summer Lancette?" He will try to make conversation loosening up a bit. "Why would I do that Scarlet watching him get into trouble is part of the fun." He grins.

"He's playing around, Icicle is a little angel." She will take out her Scroll and show off a picture of a white and black Penguin who has a little purple tie. "And she was talking about you Brooke not Icicle..." She will giggle. "Thank you Scarlet." She will turn to Lancetta, "It's a pleasure to meet a member of the renown Lake family, Please call me Bella'Brook."

Scarlet smiles, "Yeah Icicle is well behaved and easy to control unlike a certain someone," she gives a look at Brooke, "Though maybe we can see if you can be trained to do good things by being tossed a sardine?" Scarlet teased him gently.

Lancetta smiles, "Happily Bella'Brook, that must cut down on a lot of confusion." She then blinks as the Scroll is held up for her to look and gives a happy little squeek, "He is adorable!! Ive never got to see a penguin up close before! Well... In person. We only had these herds of giant bighorns, which are cute and friendly when small with how their little tails flutter back and forth cause they are happy to see you! ..."
Her brow knits and darkens "Not so cute as they get bigger and just spend their time headbutting everything... ... A beowulf wandered into the herd once.... It was..." She zones out a moment, staring off into the distance with a traumatized look for a brief moment before snapping back to, "At least it was easy to clean with how they turn to smoke."
She smiles happily, moment forgotten, "I had a wonderful summer, my family gifted me our oldest ancestral weapon as congradulations for being accepted to Beacon!" She leans in, eyed wide with barely contained excitement, "It is almost Never given out!!"

Lancetta smiled proudly at Brookes comment, nodding an affirmative with his statement, then pauses as Brook mentions "Already having more friends." Her eyes going wide and a bit misty as she smiles wide, "Yes, And it is a pleasure to be learning with you all."
Internally... The mental shriek of glee and joy registers in white fractal noise that potentially makes some of the local grimm take a few wary steps back from the City. She hadn't actually had Friends before, sure, guests she entertained, or when she was entertained while visiting, a party, but that always felt a bit distant, and never anything lasting, it was easy to tell most the time they were told to "tolerate" her and her family in hopes of winning influence... But this... This had to be different!

Lancetta smiled wide, "I would suspect they have some sort of pool facility, if not for recreation, for training at the least. OOh... I wish I had known pets were allowed... Though... I don't think Ebon would have liked it here.. To warm. ... Not to mention having a pet bear is why Great Uncle Bryown was banned from the Atlas Academy... HHmm..." She scowls slightly then shrugs and smiles, "Anyways, Let us make haste! We should go to check in!" She smiled wide to the Trio, quite looking forward to the time to come.
