I am going to label the posting rules as rough draft so everyone can give their input before we begin. Welcome to being on the ground floor.
Conduct
Don't be a Jerk Meanie pants (Of course you can be a jerk in character but that will cause other players to treat you acordingly.)
Avatars
Avatars will be made with the following program, any issues you have with needing things can be modified and added by the admin.

Sheets Are Guidelines:
People will use sheets to settle disputes, plays post actions and the next player posts reactions, if both players are fine with a 3 fire character dodging a 6 fire character there is no issue, however, if one of the players has an issue then the sheet can be used as a way to settle things. Adim can be called in Admin ruling is final.
Post Types:
There are several different types of posts there is a post Speed which can be Fast, Normal, or Slow, and a thread can be Open, Ask, or Closed.
Fast Thread means anyone can post at any time, you can post as quickly as you like.
Normal Thread means there is a Post Order which means people post after the person they first post after. Post Order can be broken if the next player has had 24 hours to post.
Slow Threads give the next person in Post Order a week before they are skipped.
Open Threads anyone can join
Ask Threads must ask to join
Closed Thread no one but the initially involved characters can join.
Safe For Work
Please keep content Safe for Work so that players at work can post without worry
Red Card
If a Player feel uncomfortable in a thread for any reason they can post in big red letter, Red Card, this is causes the thread to be stopped until the player can be helped.
Ret-Cannon
If a change is made to a Semblance or a mistake is made for some time without being corrected the Admin after working with the players will decide that the normal is and that will be assumed to have always been so.
Milestones
Events will be Marked as Milestones all threads that finish before a Milestone happen before that Milestone this will help keep some idea of contaunity.
Player Absence
If a player is absent without notice for two weeks they will be considered to have something called, the Sullen Plague and fall immediately unconscious in all threads they are in. If a player is not IC even with notice for three months then their character will die.
Character Death
A character cannot die without permission when their Aura is 0 they are unconscious with the exception of the Sullen Plague.
Power Approval
Powers maybe rejected for any reason if a power should be disruptive to the player base the player will be asked to change it.
The Admin
May change the rules or remove a player for any reason, though generally, the players will have things explained because I am just that type of person. If you have any rules changes you would like or have any issues with other players please message the Admin.
Damage
Brawl/Melee damage equals your Power Stat
Ranged damage equals your Wisdom Stat
