Summary: Sylvie was a scion of a Bandit clan, they wanted to get into the new drug Oblivion and because of the secretcy they were garden with was betrothed to the drug cartel leader, not liking him or the cartel she escaped with a large truck of money and valuables to start a new life in Vale.

Summary: Sylvia has complete control over her blood, she can make it Hard as Steal or Soft as Cotton, for each dot of hardness, how much Earth someone needs to sever or damage the construct, she must spend 10 Aura so 50 Aura would be the same as 5 dots of Earth, a character with a greater Earth for Short range or Air for long can break it.
As long as Sylvia understands how something works she can make it. So she might need some time to research more complex items before making them. She cannot create things that would not be made of a blood like substance, for example without the proper explosives she could not make a bomb.
To Regain the Aura she must take a post to reabsorb the construct and then next post she can create a new one.
