Summary: (Highly willing to accept advice on this since I do not know the setting one whit) Once a promising military cadet with strong inate talent, an Incident left Orchid highly distrustful of any authority and also caused her to lose sight in her right eye. Since that time, she has turned steadily towards delinquincy, taking her innate talent and talent for survival against all odds to her advantage.
