Professor Ozpin takes the stage you have all heard of him, a great man a great teacher of Huntsmen and Huntresses.
He will stand above all of you and look out over the crowd. “Welcome Students. I look out at you and I see nothing. But potential. I see a sea of raw material that if properly shaped could be an awesome weapon against the Grimm.”
He takes a slight pause, “And that is what we shall be doing, be proud that your future could contain great things you need only apply yourselves, the choice to be great belongs to you and I hope all of you will make that choice. Welcome Students.”
