Summary:
Walter grew up in a small community and met a retired hunter who taught and trained him in the basics. In general, he's very laid back and like to keep cool under pressure. He also has a deeply personal mission, which is to find the best made sandwiches in the world.

Description: Walter is able to use his flute to charm Grimm within a number of meters equal to his Air Rank. He's not able to make them do anything extreme like jump off cliffs, but he can hold them still while team mates attack for a number of rounds equal to fourth of his Air rounded up. He can also lead them away from the area in the vain of the Pied Piper. This affects a maxmium number of Grim Equal to his Air. Some very powerful Grimm may be immune.
